Helping people and organisations thrive through clarity, confidence and meaningful change.

I’m Faye Wall, a People & Culture leader, coach and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience helping individuals, teams and organisations unlock their potential. My work spans two connected areas:

  • Culture, leadership and organisational development

  • Employability coaching for young people aged 16–25

Both are rooted in the same belief: when people understand their strengths, feel confident in who they are, and have the right support, they move forward with purpose.

Culture, Leadership & Organisational Development

I partner with organisations to create environments where people feel valued, supported and able to do their best work. My experience includes leading People & Culture strategies, early‑careers programmes and large‑scale transformation for major UK employers including Capital One, Vodafone, Experian, Taylor Wimpey and Sopra Steria.

I support organisations with:

  • Leadership development

  • Culture transformation

  • Team effectiveness

  • Employee experience

  • Wellbeing and engagement

  • Coaching and facilitation

My approach is human, practical and grounded in real-world experience. I help leaders and teams build clarity, connection and confidence so they can create cultures where people thrive. My early‑careers experience is also why I support young people, helping them build confidence and clarity as they take their first steps into work. See testimonials from people I have worked with below.

Employability Coaching for Young People (16–25)

Alongside my organisational work, I support young people as they take their first steps into employment. After years leading early‑careers programmes and recruiting young talent, I know exactly what employers look for in CVs, applications and interviews — and I bring that insight directly to the young people I coach.

I help school leavers, college students, apprentices and first‑job seekers with:

  • CV writing (even with limited experience)

  • Interview preparation

  • Apprenticeship & graduate scheme applications

  • Confidence building

  • Employability skills

  • Mock interviews

  • Career direction and next steps

My coaching is friendly, structured and confidence‑building. Sessions are available online UK‑wide and based in Reading, Berkshire.

Parents value the practical guidance and supportive environment. Young people value the clarity, encouragement and real-world insight that helps them feel genuinely ready for work.

Here’s a shortened excerpt from some feedback from David, who I recently coached (Read the full testimonial here):

“Your supportive, structured coaching genuinely transformed the way I approach my HR career. My CV is now far stronger and more reflective of my experience, and your guidance sharpened my interview responses and boosted my confidence. I left our session feeling much more confident in my ability to succeed”

I’m a senior People & Culture leader who helps organisations create cultures where people feel they matter. I specialise in stepping into complex, fast‑moving environments and bringing clarity, calm and momentum. The combination that gets things done while keeping people at the centre.

My experience spans technology, digital services, telecoms, financial services, data and analytics, and construction, with brands such as Sopra Steria, Taylor Wimpey, Vodafone, Experian and Capital One. I’ve led work across employee engagement, wellbeing, leadership development, early careers, organisational change and cultural transformation, giving me a broad, practical understanding of how culture really works in real organisations.

People say I’m warm, honest and engaging. Someone who listens deeply, builds trust quickly and helps leaders see their culture through the eyes of their people. My style is human and grounded, but also decisive and action‑oriented. I move work forward, remove friction and help organisations make meaningful progress, fast.

Outside of work, I volunteer as a youth cycling coach, supporting young people to build confidence and resilience. The same values that shape how I approach culture and belonging at work.

About me

Testimonials

I worked with Faye on a large people transition and Faye was a pleasure to work with . Faye drove the People Engagement strategy to give the best possible experience for people moving to a new company and supported the wider Programme and always makes time for people and ensuring the best outcomes for those around her but also those she is supporting ensuring that the company values were intrinsic to every deliverable.

Garry Beveridge - Senior Programme & Portfolio Manager

Faye worked for me at Sopra Steria in a number of different roles, and she is one of the most impactful people I've had the pleasure of managing. She brings real drive and energy to her work, always focused on making a meaningful difference. Her commercial understanding and passion for what she does mean that she consistently delivers outcomes that matter - for the business and for its people.

Faye combines strategic thinking with deep empathy. She understands the business context, listens carefully, and uses that insight to shape and lead creative interventions that really land. Her communication is clear and compelling, and she brings warmth and humour to everything she does.

She is just as effective leading a team as she is driving delivery as an individual contributor. She supports her colleagues to be successful in their own endeavours, and people trust her - because she delivers, and because she genuinely cares.

Faye is a brilliant asset to any organisation. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

Alison Grace - Group Human Resources Director

I had the pleasure of working alongside Faye, and I can confidently say she was an absolute joy to collaborate with. In her role leading employee wellbeing and engagement, Faye brought not only deep expertise but also genuine care for people, something that truly set her apart.

She has a natural ability to connect with individuals at all levels, creating initiatives that were both thoughtful and impactful. Faye consistently balanced strategic thinking with empathy, ensuring wellbeing wasn't just a "tick-box" exercise but something meaningfully embedded into the culture.

Beyond her professionalism, Faye is warm, approachable, fun and a fantastic team player. She made collaboration easy and energising, and her positive influence was felt far beyond her immediate remit.

Any organisation would be incredibly lucky to have Faye championing their people.

Brent Boxley - Executive Client Director

I worked with Faye on our Future of Work programme in Sopra Steria - a major business transformation programme borne out of the Covid pandemic and the need to re-engineer how the organisation dealt with the impact of Covid on our working locations and practices, both in the short-term, and for the longer term benefit to people and the company.

Faye was our primary HR lead, and drove all the people aspects of the changes, engaging closely with the many senior stakeholders across the various sectors and teams that made up the entire UK organisation.

Faye helped develop new collateral for getting the change messages across to our people, working with external agencies to design clear communications at what was a difficult time for everyone. Faye also supported and led workshops to help identify peoples concerns and needs, and led the HR response and feedback to the Excom. Faye was upbeat and positive throughout the programme, even when the way ahead wasn't entirely clear as the implications of Covid became evident, and every organisation had to develop its own response to am unprecedented and unfolding situation.

I'd be delighted to work with Faye again on a future transformation programme.

Nick Raymond - Transformation Director

I've had the pleasure of working alongside Faye for 5 years at Sopra Steria, and she is one of those rare colleagues who elevates every team they're part of. Her passion for her work is unmistakable-whether driving a project forward or supporting others, she brings energy, commitment, and a genuine desire to make things better.

We worked closely together on several projects notably financial wellbeing. From the start we built a strong partnership, listening to each other, aligning our remits and driving the work forward with real passion and purpose. We achieved our objectives supporting colleagues with financial wellbeing and were externally recognised in 2025 being shortlisted for the Employee Benefits - Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance and in 2024 shortlisted for Best financial wellbeing strategy.

What truly sets Faye apart is her unwavering support for the people around her. She is a person you can rely on for honest guidance, thoughtful collaboration, and a steady presence when things get challenging. Faye's trustworthiness is second to none; you know that she will always deliver on time.

Faye's determination and collaborative spirit makes her an invaluable asset to any team.
